HETALIA NEXT GENERATION CHILDREN RECRUITMENT!

Ohh boy... This actually way long overdue. But hell, you get the idea.
I'm both saddened and pleased to announce that this contest is going to be the last Recruitment Contest held for HetaNEXT. I have planned that Canon HetaNEXT only going to have 30 different OCs in total (not included Nikita, Yangliu, and Ann) in order to keep future projects and my sanity in check. HetaNEXT has come a long way from 3 Child Meme OCs to a proper actual fangroup I might just cry (nvm I already did).
So here's the deal:

To increase the chances for winning, this year I'm allowing contestants to enter TWO entries at once. A boy OC and a girl OC. It's totally cool if you could only make one; the only differences that if you want to make two entries at once, then by all means go ahead.
It's possible I could choose two different contestants as winners OR choose a contestant's BOTH entries as winner!

(PLEASE READ THIS PROPERLY FIRST BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS!)

BASIC RULES:

1. Must be full body
2. Must be a child from a Hetero pairing (no Mpreg)
3. No Nyotalia allowed (only original nation)
4. Canon Nation and OC Nation is allowed
5. Not clashing any parents of the existing HetaNEXT's children
6. No sibling nation allowed in the meantime (has to be firstborn child)
7. No nudity or inappropriate clothes (PG-13)
8. Not insulting any kind of nationality
9. Character profile: Example; bluestorm-studio.deviantart.co…
10. Full description of his/her personality
11. Submit it in 4th Anniversary Contest folder
12. TWO entries (One boy OC and one girl OC) are allowed.
13. TWO OCs (One boy OC and one girl OC) will be selected as winners.

THEME:

1. One Male OC and One Female OC (If you want to make two entries, make sure one is a boy and the other a girl)
2. Must be kids from any continent EXCEPT EUROPE (Ex. Mongolia the 2nd, Malaysia the 2nd, Mexico the 2nd, New Zealand the 2nd, etc.)
3. One of the parents could be from Europe (Ex. NorwayxMexico), but the kids must not represent the European side of their parents.

VALUATION:

There are total of 5 scores (and the usual not-so-secret hidden 6th score!)

1. Personality: +2
Mostly I judge them from their personality. They must have something they inherit from both of their parents and something unique they have from themselves. And definitely NO MARY SUE//ohgodjustpleaseno
Example: David is quiet and mature gentleman, his hobby mostly involves books.

2. Character Design: +2
Mostly I also judge them from their design. I prefer simple yet daring design; nothing too eye-catching or too bland.

3. Family Background:+1
I put this as least because making their family background equals research. It'll be tiresome to research if your ship is a crack pairing, yes? So I don't really concern this because some of my NEXT child is from crack pairing. HetaNEXT is basically made for you who want to make your Hetalia OTP's child, regardless of the pairing. You can make them related to current NEXT children or making one of their parents non-nation (like Laura, Derick, Hwan Yoong, and Boris), but it's +1 extra score if both of their parents are nations! (Canon or OC)

AGREEMENT:

By entering this contest, you are agree to submit your OC for BlueStorm-Studio to use in HetaNEXT stories. Your OC will both belong to you and BlueStorm-Studio. BlueStorm-Studio will use them freely in her works, but your OC design will belong to you only. Any picture with your OC will have to credit BlueStorm-Studio as the creator of HetaNEXT Universe, yourself as the original creator of your OC, and Himaruya Hidekazu as the creator of all this greatness.
